Directions as a Pre-Poo: Before cleansing with shampoo, massage gently into dry hair and distribute evenly, especially to the ends. Wait 5 minutes, then use fingers to gently loosen tangles. Leave in up to 15 minutes, then rinse well with lukewarm water.

Directions as a daily hair oil:  pour a generous amount into the palm of the hand, rub together and massage through scalp and hair for 3-5mins. Repeat daily.
